Ezekiel 35:1-36:38 declares GOD's attitude about sin against Himself by people and nations that abuse His children.I realize that The LORD does not hold a grudge, however because He sometimes allows time space and distance between the offense and the punishment or chastisement via His mercy and longsuffering, I have a tendency to misunderstand His conduct.I'm at error. Esau/Edom/Idumea/mount Seir have treated Israel badly on many occasions and now we get to see how GOD will demonstrate His will against them for their offense against GOD's children. How does this impact your concept of GOD?The LORD declares His plans for the 1000 year reign where and when the Jews will be gathered to GOD and settled in the promise land.One Day!Look at v36:33-38 as the sure future for the Jews. Do you know where you will be on that day? If not, why not?GOD has a plan for each of us and He wants all to know His will.

James 1:1-18 records the impact of Faith in daily living.Be careful to not misunderstand this book and think that people are saved by works. James stresses the evidence of your faith is works, or saved people will have works that bring honor to GOD if they are saved. Spend some time after you read by reviewing v2-4 to consider how much information is packaged in these verses.James will cause us to look at our walk with The LORD because we have said that we have been saved by The LORD.Watch for the LSD described today and consider what will it take for any man to "be drawn away". The sin is not of being tempted, but of being drawn away. We must be alert.
