Wednesday 28 January 2015 and there are many who have not heard the Gospel. What part of this conflict do you accept as your responsibility? If you are reading to know God, then re-read what you have read and then go and show and tell someone "whosoever" how to be saved.

Sunday, January 25, 2015

25 January 2015 and we are waiting for Maranatha ,II Corinthians 16:22, to be so! Are you prepared to stand before The Lord God Almighty and respond to His question "Why should I let you into heaven? What will your answer be? All will come before God as forgiven or guilty of unbelief. God has made Truth known to all men everywhere for all time.  All men are aware of Him as Elohim and He wants all to know Him as Jehovah, Exodus 6:3. Read your Bible to know God. Learn what God hates as recorded  in Proverbs 6:16-19. Jesus made His ministry plain at Matthew 4:17"...Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand."  God made salvation from the wrath of God very plain when He caused Romans 11 to be penned so that all men "whosoever" to know how to be saved. Do not stay in a state of  unbelief. Hear, believe and receive the Gospel, Jesus Saves!

3rd Lesson for the One Year Bible Class at VBC to be conducted 1 February 2015.
Thanks to all of you who strive to be in class by 9:45 each Sunday. Congrats on seeking to know God by reading your Bible. Your participation in the discussion by sharing key scriptures is exciting and a great blessing for all of us.
We will be reading Exodus 2:11-27:21; Matthew 17:10-25:30; Psalm 22:1-31:8 & Proverbs 5:7-8:10. For those who are not using the One Year Bible you may discover the daily reading on the BarnabasImpactMinistry.com web page.
Please consider that there are people from Australia, Belarus, Bermuda, Bulgaria, Canada, China, France, Germany, Greece, India, Iran, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Panama, Philippians, Poland, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States of America and Vietnam that have looked at the blog. They are encouraged to contact www.Facebook.com/BarnabasImpact for information.
SUGGESTION: Consider using the phrase “cause me to know…” in lieu of “help me” as you pray recalling Psalm 19 and John 3:12. Try writing a thank you note to God.
We must be alert to circumstances and strive for situational awareness when we walk through the day. Our OBJECTIVE is to be decisive in serving our Lord Jesus Christ. Plan for success. Strive to get right/be right then do right and don’t quit. Follow Him.
Be alert for His names. Genesis is considered the beginning of everything but GOD. Exodus will show God getting the children of Israel out of Egypt. We will continue to read the Gospel of the King of Kings in Matthew, enjoy God’s music room of Theology in the Psalms and gain a better understanding in the Proverbs.
Look for God’s attributes of Omnipotence, Immutability and Triunity. Read and re-read the 22, 23 & 24th Psalm as a complete story and describe your understanding of who is the King of glory. In Proverbs discover the impact of co-signing a note. How did the parables of Jesus impact your concept of God’s Goodness relative to The Law?
Application and Discipline*: Fear God. Be wary of where you walk, sit and who you talk with each day. Seek to conform to Ephesians 2:8-10. BE holy. Psalm 119:8-10, Isa 59:1-2.  * Definition of discipline is not a punishment but the action you do to improve yourself, to instruct or educate; to inform the mind; to prepare by instructing in the correct principles and habits … for future usefulness.  We do this on purpose to know God. Continue to update your concept of God: who He is, what He loves, what He hates, what are His plans, how do I please and obey God, how may I talk with Him, how does He teach and direct my daily activities.
We read to know God, not to make Him happy with us because we have read. His love is unconditional!  ***  Read and re-read Psalm 5:1- 2, take time to exalt His holy name, then read Psalm 138:2. Selah

Thursday, January 15, 2015

Thursday 15 January 2015 and there are many that have never heard, believed and received the Truth that Jesus saves! Have you decided that you will ne a stepping stone for some one to be saved? We are either a stepping stone for good or a stumbling block of offense.

Hope that you are reading your One Year Bible "to know God" and learned from the scriptures this morning the connectivity of the Old to the New Testament.  As you read I pray the Holy Ghost show you the attributes and traits of Elohim that demonstrate His goodness, genuineness and greatness.

Perhaps you chose a promise and applied that truth to your life. What admonition did you discover by reading the Proverbs this week? We all read to know God and admit that God loves each of us, even if we do not read.

Pray for the new class that begins promptly at 9:45AM this Sunday in the Family Life Center at Victory Baptist Church.

Tuesday, January 13, 2015

Tuesday 13 January 2015 is the day that The LORD has made, how have you rejoiced and been glad? I had posted the initial class concept for the "One Year 365 Bible Class"  that will start Sunday 18 January, 9:45AM in the Family Life Center, Victory Baptist Church, Weatherford, Texas.

The challenge of committing to this class is that it will be 50 weeks long, using only the Bible as the study guide and causing members to read their Bible to know God. We will focus on The Builder, not the things built. We will discover the near 700 names God chose to use to describe Himself. We will be encouraged by the promises given and aware of the associated conditions. We will read to know God. I am excited for the opportunity to search for the treasures hid in God's Bible.

Saturday, January 10, 2015

Saturday 10 January 2015 and we are here to bring glory to God. Hope that you are reading your Bible to know God. If you do not have the One Year Bible you may use your Bible and follow the reading schedule provided at the BarnabasImpactMinistry.com web page. If you reading the One Year for the first time, CONGRATS,and if you have any questions about "how to" check the reading reference at the web page.

It has been said that if we understand the reading allotted January 1-10 we will have been exposed to more than 85% of the doctrines in the Bible. Take time to meditate on what you have read in the Old Testament and recall how God has shown Himself. Note His names, traits and attributes. Enjoy reading about how God deals with His creation, but look for the Maker and not what is made.

Enjoy the history and life of the Lord Jesus. Recall how He has become your life and see the potential of being obedient in all matters with confidence. After reading the Psalms take time to make the words written your words of praise back to God. Trust the Proverbs to warn and advise you to take actions for your good. Consider all you have read so far this year and allow Proverbs 3:1-6 be your template for obedience.

Read to know God. See the words, accept them to be true, hear, heed and obey what is made known to you. Faith is believing God. Works are the acts believers do because they have been made sons of God. Consider the sermon on the mount, Matthew 5:1-7:28, to be a clear presentation of the way of life for the child of The King. Jesus spoke the truth, lived the truth, sat the example for all men, and expects all believers to be and do the same.

No man can be saved except he hear the Truth of God according to the scriptures presented by an agent sent from God and then The Holy Ghost cause God The Father to draw that man to belief that Jesus is the way the truth and the life.  The Bible is God's Truth. Read your Bible to know Him.

Thursday, January 1, 2015

Thursday 1 January 2015, Happy New Year to all readers from Australia, Belarus, Bermuda, Bulgaria, Canada, China, France, Germany, Greece, India, Iran, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Panama, Philippians, Poland, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States of America and Vietnam, welcome and God bless you for reading to know God.

Thank you for reading your Bible to know God. Consider where you were this day in 2014 and anticipate where you will be this day in 2099. The purpose of this work is to challenge people to read the Bible to know God as both Creator and Saviour. The Truth is Jesus, the Son of God, born of a virgin and according to scriptures lived a perfect sinless life, was cursed by His own people, crucified, died, was buried and God The Father raised Him on the third day. God said if you heard, believed and received this you would be saved from your sins and would not suffer the second death for your sin.

We pray you read the Bible. If we may be of any assistance in getting you a KJV Bible, guiding you in the search for Truth, please comment at facebook.com/BarnabasImpact. If you want to read the testimony that God did for me check out the page. Hope to see you in heaven today or 2099, sincerely for Christ's sake.
