We do not go to Bethel to meet God. He is with us! We go to praise and worship El of Bethel our risen Saviour, to honor The Father and be led by The Holy Spirit so that the preaching of the Gospel will edify the believers for the work of the ministry. We are encouraged by having fellowship with our brothers and sisters in The LORD. Our faith will be increased by seeing and hearing The Word.

As you read the record in Deuteronomy as penned by Moses, take time to develop a fear of God. It seems as though the more the children of God fear Him, the more the enemies of God become afraid. We need to pay attention to how blessings may be turned into curses because of unbelief and disobedience. These are given to us as examples for us to learn so that we don't get distracted, confused and led astray. We have the choice. Choose wisely. Read to know Him and believe what you read.
