Tuesday 21 February 2017 Hopefully you are up to date in your daily reading of the Bible to know God. If you follow the Bible references on the lesson they will assist you in your search for Truth and knowledge of God and have a sense of what we discuss each Sunday during our class. We are trying to video of our class session and we will make that available soon.

Lesson # 9 One Year 365 Bible Class (reading 20-26 March) for the class on  26 March 2017 at VBC.
Exodus chronicled the Hebrews getting out of Egypt and Leviticus will record the effort to get Egypt out of the Hebrews. Jesus is portrayed as the servant of servants in Mark. The Psalms and Proverbs continue to show us God and His wisdom, love and mercy allowing us to know Him as we read the scriptures.

Suggestion: Start your day looking towards the East, observe God’s handiwork, and look for evidence of John 3:12, recite Psalm 5:1-2, adore God by using His names while being thankful. Walk at liberty as you walk in His precepts.
Military application: The LORD brought out of Egypt 600,000+ men for His Army. God caused Moses to organize by units of varying sizes with a chain of command for information and service. Joshua is established as the field commander to lead the Army into battle to defeat the enemies of God and His people. Prompt obedience and strict discipline is given and expected. Orders are given and obedience is expected. Hear and learn the Commanders intent.

Do any of the duties of the priest apply to you today? What attributes of God did you see in Proverbs 10? How is God’s Immutability shown in Leviticus? In Mark what did find most interesting the miracles, healings, parables and the calling of the disciples? What verbs did you discover in Psalm 37 that corresponds to Psalm 73? How did God show Himself as Jehovah-Sabaoth in Proverbs 10?
What did Mark teach about faith and favor? What key words did you find demonstrated at Leviticus?

Mon13th What were the prerequisites for service in the wilderness? How does Stewardship relate to Lordship? Who designed the tabernacle (Psm 19)? Note the names of Jesus in chapter 27. Why is v27:42 so important? What happened once and forever in vs51? How is fear and want related in this Psalm? Can you link Psalm 119:165 to Proverbs 9:7-8? Now, be wise in choosing your friends.

Tue14th For what purpose were the items made in chap 37? What is the difference between the various metals used in chap 38? What did the angel say to the women early Sunday AM? How has this "fact" changed your life? How do you respond to the great commission?  What offer did the psalmist make in chap 34? Do you consider yourself wise towards God when you read the Proverbs?
Wed15th How does the various parts of the High Priest robe/clothing apply to you? What principal of labor did you see in v39:42-43? What is significant about v40:16-17? What aspect of God did you read at 40:33-34? Why is the cloud important?  What principal is given in Mark 1:2? Why was Jesus driven by the spirit? Where is the Kingdom of God? What offer did Jesus make to Simon and his brother? What fact did you learn about Jesus in today's reading?  Have you prayed a prayer like Psalm 35? Is a promise given in Proverbs 9:11-12?

Thu16th What is the first lesson learned about the LORD in Lev 1? What does the LORD expect from every person who makes an offering?  What is the priest's job? What principal about prayer did you learn from Jesus? What did Jesus preach unto them in Capernaum?  Does v2:5 demonstrate grace? How did Psalm 35:27 change your attitude today? How is a man described in Proverbs 9:13-18?
Fri17th How do you sin through ignorance? Is there hope when a person knowingly sins?  How many times is "if" used in the reading today? Why is Levi a good example of a believer? How is the OT used in today's reading of the NT? How does the psalmist describe the wicked?  How are the righteous described? How are these people described in the Proverbs?
Sat 18 th   How do the “laws” given to the Levites apply to believers/priests today? What did Jesus charge the twelve ordained men to be and do?  What sin hath never forgiveness? Did you pray back Psalm 37? What benefits are due to those whose hand is diligent?
Sun 19th What did you learn about humility from Moses in chapter 8? What did Moses command the people to be and do so that the glory of the LORD would appear? How does this impact your concept of The LORD and the Christians in the church setting today? What did you learn about your responsibilities as a son of God in sowing the Word? Are Psalm 37:23 & 27 teaching the same truth? Are you wise?
We are making progress! Stay by the stuff, read each day to know God. Encourage one another and provoke them to love and good works. We read and work because we are redeem, all of our sins forgiven and we are on our way to heaven, Maranatha.

Thursday, 9 February, 2017 and this is the Day! I hope and pray that some of you will exercise your right, privilege and responsibility to read The Bible to know God. But, if you choose not to read, you are without excuse because the sun did arise out of the East and clouds shrouded this glorious event and GOD showed Himself even as described at Psalm 19. Please turn from self and then turn to seek The LORD. Please get the KJV Bible and read to know God. Ye must be born again. Please consider reading the Book of John 3:1-36, Ephesians 2:1-10, Romans 10:1-15.

Tuesday 7 February 2017 and we are still here! It is still possible that the Lord Jesus Christ may appear in the clouds and call outs, Maranatha. If He does not appear "soon" it provides you and many more the opportunity to be redeemed. You may read my testimony in the blog and there are sufficient scriptures that you may read and believe and be SAVED.

Tuesday 31 January 2017, do you know where you will be in 100 years from today? Perhaps your time will be all spent by noon this coming Friday, then how will you explain that to GOD you did not have time to be redeemed? All have SINNED. All will die and then face judgment. Today you have the time, hopefully, to read the Bible to know God and hear Truth, believe what you read, repent, confess your sin of unbelief, call upon The Father in the name of the name of The Lord Jesus Christ and receive the gift of eternal life. Read the New Testament  book of JOHN chapter 3:1-36.

This is our lesson for this week to encourage you AFTER you have read your Bible.

Summarize your reading in Exodus.  What did you note about the giving of the Law? Did you see God's glory manifested in worship? Describe the experience of being around Mount Sinai?
Summarize your reading in Matthew. How have you seen His promised kingdom? How does Jesus use "woe" to warn people? How does John 3:12 show up in chapter 24? What happens at the coming of the  Son of Man in chapter 24? What personal instruction did you note in 24:36-51? How is your stewardship as described in chapter 25? As you read chapter 26 how and where did you see yourself? How is the Passover meal different from The Lord's Supper?
Summarize your reading of the Psalms. Has your worship and praise of The LORD been changed because you have read? Are you more aware of sin and righteousness? Are we becoming more dependent upon God because we have read?
Summarize the reading of the Proverbs. Has your "fear" of God changed because you have read? Has your definition of wisdom changed? Read again 1:2-4 and determine how vs5 applies. Does the "message" of the Proverbs still apply today and tomorrow?
Summarize what you learned about The LORD this week into one sentence?
If you do not have a One Year Bible click on the tab in the blog for the scriptures. You may also read my testimony in the blog and follow those scriptures that The LORD used to convict me of sin, cause me to sense the need for salvation and what I was to believe. You may become a son of God today if and when you obey the Holy Spirit as He leads you in the Word of Almighty God.

Sunday 22 January 2017. Hope you are able to attend your church today and freely worship The LORD.  This is the lesson we will be using today in our Sunday School Class. Read your Bible to know God.

We will meet in our class next week and discuss our reading. Please continue to trust that you are in the right place doing the right thing for the right reason, for there are some expecting you to quit. Read your Bible to know God. Seek God’s leadership in all aspects of your stewardship. We meet 22 January 2017.

 Before you start to read take time to seek The LORD. Allow The Holy Spirit to have control, seek to be holy. Read and then apply 1st John 1:9 and follow the instructions. Be specific, confess your sins. Accept the cleansing promise of God and be grateful and thankful. If you miss a day , stay on schedule and don’t go back to read to catch up, lest you develop a pattern of guilt. God loves you. We read to know The LORD, not to make Him happy.

 Start and keep on reading to know God. Read and make notes if you have the space each morning. Strive to have fellowship with The Lord your LORD. The rules for the class are: 1st Be right, 2nd Know right, 3rd is Do right and then Don’t Quit. Bring your One Year (365) Bible and be on time @ 09:45AM.
