Sunday 9 February 2014- This could be The Day, Maranatha, if not today surely tomorrow. Are you ready to meet The Great Judge and Saviour Jesus Christ? We will give an account.
This 7h Lesson for 2014 One Year Bible, Sunday 9 February 2014.
Please let me remind you to FIRST read your Bible to know God. Then hopefully you will consider these questions and thoughts in the day as you mediate on the scriptures that you have read.

As we read each day we ought to be in awe of God and His majesty. We can expect God to show Himself in the scriptures such as Psalm 19 that we might know Him.
Reading for this week:

Sun 9Feb Exodus 29:1-30:10, Matthew 26:14-46, Psalm 31:19-24 & Proverbs 8:14-26.
Note the promises that God gives to the Hebrews and make application to your life and circumstances. Be sensitive to the conditions related to each promise. Learn the attribute of God by His words. Determine what there is about obedience and love as you see God tend to His flock and then make changes in your life to match His ways. Be alert to the ways of a steward and learn responsibility. Take time to appreciate what God did for the believing Christian in Jesus Christ. Hear the command to obey and keep The Father's commandments. Practice worshipping God in holiness. Allow The Holy Spirit to convict and confront you as well to be comforted. Be faithful. Seek God early and get sound wisdom.

Mon 10Feb Exodus30:11-31:18, Matthew 26:47-68, Psalm 32:1-11 & Proverbs 8:27-32.
Take time to consider the “first mentioned” items today. Appreciate God being specific so that we may read to know Him. What was the last deed done by Judas with Jesus? Consider Matthew 26:54-56  as a fundamental in your beliefs and concept of God. Be grateful for God’s mercy and forgiveness. Say often v5 of the psalm. How did you see Jesus in the proverb today?

Tue 11Feb Exodus 32:1-33:32, Matthew 26:69-27:14, Psalm 33:1-11 & Proverbs 8:33-36.
I asked last week “Which comes first love or obedience? How is your "fear of God" connected to your love of Him who died for you?”  Revival belongs to God! What attribute of God did you see and learn today?  Are you more like Peter or Jesus? Psalm 33 answers the question of absolute righteousness. What instruction did you HEAR today? How has your life been changed because of being saved?

Wed 12Feb Exodus 34:1-35:9, Matthew 27:15-34, Psalm 33:12-22 & Proverbs 9:1-6.
When God specifies how to deal and respond to offense  we ought not to altar, lessen nor add to His ruling. Consider the promise and the conditioned associated with the promise. Serve God with a willing heart. Take time to be grateful for Jesus taking your place at Calvary.  The commandments are from God for our good and His glory. Fear God and believe Psalm 33:18 & 22 are for your good. Pay attention and don’t be simple in your response to God.

Thu 13Feb Exodus 35:10-36:38, Matthew 27:35-66, Psalm 34:1-10 & Proverbs 9:7-8.
The Hebrews were the chosen instrument for the glory of God in their time. God has not changed yet His instrument of service has been changed. The church is now the chosen instrument for God and we are to preach the gospel to every creature. Thanks to God for showing to us His wrath and His great mercy. The Gospel is true. We Christians are waiting for the return and appearing of Jesus in the clouds and being called out and up to be with Him in heaven as God has promised. MARANATHA!! Seek to serve with wise men yet seek to be with Jesus first. Read your BIBLE to know God.

Fri  14Feb Exodus 37:1-38:31, Matthew 28:1-20, Psalm 34:11-22 & Proverbs 9:9-10.
Look for attributes of God as He directs the preparation for the tabernacle. Who do you trust for today and for eternity? God is calling. How have you heard and heeded?  If not, why not?  We are to be about our father’s business. Let Psalm 34:11 be so. Seek for Proverbs 9 to be so in your life today.

Sat 15Feb Exodus 39:1-40:38, Mark 1:1-28, Psalm 35:1-16 & Proverbs 9:11-12.
Learn the ways of God. All of the requirements, buildings, clothing and rituals are to teach men to fear God and learn His ways. He wrote this so that we might know HIM.  God is Omniscient! Today is as real as Mark 1:14-28. God has not changed. God knows all causes and will cause His children to be blessed. Circumstances do not dictate to God. God is over all all the time for our good and His glory.

Do you know Him as your Lord and Saviour? If not, let me guide you in the scriptures. Please post at www.facebook.com/BarnabasImpact your comments or questions.  Do you want to hear God?
