Saturday 1February 2014  Are you ready for Sunday? This could be the day that Jesus appears in the clouds and calls out ALL believers that have heard The Gospel, believed and received the gift of eternal life, forgiveness of sin and will never come under the judgment nor suffer the wrath of GOD.

Pray for the people who may have looked at this blog that they believe and receive The Gospel. They live in Latvia, Philippines, China, Viet Nam, Singapore, United kingdom, Spain, Bermuda, Malaysia, Greece, Germany, Taiwan, France, Australia, Belarus, Ukraine, Turkey, Panama, India, Russia, Poland and the USA.

5th  Lesson 2014 One Year Bible as posted, Saturday 1 February 2014.

As we read each day we ought to be expecting God to show Himself in the scriptures so that we might know Him. Are we expecting to hear God? Please post at www.facebook.com/BarnabasImpact your comments.  PLEASE READ The Bible first then consider the questions.  Reading for the week:

Sunday 26 Jan-Saturday 1 February: Old Testament;  Exodus 2:11-15:19, New Testament  Matthew 17:10-21:46, Psalms 22:1-26:12 &  Proverbs5:7-6:19.

I was out of pocket this week so I did not post each days reading. By now hopefully you are reading because you have disciplined yourself to read to know God. Each day we read we get to see His names, attributes, traits and characteristics so that we might know Him.

For example you become fascinated with how and why God used various signs and miracles to deal with both the Egyptians and the Jews. Hopefully you become aware of the differences between those of the "family" of God and those you are not. Yet we are shown  how the family does not always obey nor follow the God of creation. What did you learn about yourself? What did you learn about God? I caution you to not get so entangled in the story that you do not see HIM who is telling the story.

As you develop your time line for when the Hebrews went into and came out of Egypt and how much time passes before Jesus is born, pause and consider that God knew and knows everything about everybody all the time. He has not changed!

Spend time reading Proverbs 6:16-19 and also apply Psalm 26 to your adoration and confession by prayer to your God and Saviour The Lord Jesus Christ. If you are not saved, then admit your guilt of the sin of unbelief and ask God to save you.

Now we get to be a part of His plan of redemption. When a person is "born again" (John 3:16) into the family of God and they are made ministers of reconciliation (II Corn 5:17-21). There are two sorts of people today. One is a believer or he is not. One is redeemed or in bondage. One has been made righteous or they are dead in their trespasses and sin. Now get right-Be right then Do Right and don't quit. Read The Bible to know God and learn your need to see, hear, believe and receive His Truth. If you have ANY doubt about how to be made righteous contact me for Bible truths on facebook.

PS: Please read your Bible, even if a lesson is posted or not.
