As you read to know God pay attention to the acts of God
and learn His attributes, traits and names. During the day you may recall an
event that is similar to what you have read and remembering the Bible event
will cause you to meditate on God and be encouraged by the application in your
daily life. God is Omnipresent with every believer. Allow The Holy Spirit to
guide you into Truth, warn you of danger, rebuke you in your
ignorance//disobedience and comfort you constantly. Apply Micah 6:8 as you see
Psalm 19 unveil God’s glory and attend to the way of John 3:12 through 19 as
you follow Him. Pray for cleansing in order to meet with God for He is holy. Please read your Bible FIRST before you
consider the comments. Pray for unction to undertake what you have read. God loves you and wants to bless you.
Sun 6Apr Deuteronomy 29:1-30:20; Luke 11:37-12:7; Psalm
78:1-25 & Proverbs 12:19-20. Accept the gifts (29:4) that God has given you
and act like He is leading you. See God’s Omniscience at v29. Hear the promises
and conditions. Believe God. Do not imagine evil.
Mon 7Apr Deuteronomy 31:1-3239; Luke 12:8-34; Psalm
78:26-45 & Proverbs 12:21-23. How does the charge given to Joshua by Moses
affect your concept of God? Look to Isaiah 59 and compare to 31:17. What is the
hope for the believer? What is the unpardonable sin described by Jesus? What
attributes did you see in the Psalm today?
Tue 8Apr Deuteronomy 32:30-52; Luke 12:35-59; Psalm
78:46-58 & Proverbs 12:24. What picture did you make of God because you
read today? Are you prepared and waiting for The Lord’s return? How is
stewardship displayed in Luke? God is
constant in the Palm and the people are as the prodigal son. Are you diligent?
Wed 9Apr Deuteronomy 33:1-29; Luke 13:1-22; Psalm
78:59-72 & Proverbs 12:25. How is God described and what name / title did
he give Himself? What did Jesus require
before salvation? Have you been loosed from your sin? When you read Psalm 78:72
how do you appreciate God? Share the good word with people.
Thu10Apr Deuteronomy 34:1-Joshua 2:24; Luke 13:23-14:6; Psalm
79:1-13 & Proverbs 12:26. Why did
God bury Moses? What reputation did God assign to Moses? What promise did God
make to Joshua? What report did the two spies give to Joshua that glorified
God?? Why did Jesus refer to the strait gate? What is the wage for sin? Have
you been healed by Jesus? Are you
thankful for His tender mercies? What are the righteous to be wary about?
Fri 11 Apr Joshua 3:1-4:24; Luke 14:7-35; Psalm 80:1-19
& Proverbs 12:27-28. What does it mean to be sanctified before you can see
God and His wonders? What attributes of
God are demonstrated at the crossing of the Jordan River? Can you tell why the
stones are important? How does Luke 14 impact your concept of God as it relates
to your kindness to others? What names of God did you admire in the Psalm?
Sat 12Apr Joshua 5:1-7:15; Luke 15:1-32; Psalm 81:1-16
& proverbs 13:1. How many people died during the 40 years of wandering? Why
did they die? Who did Joshua meet by Jericho? What happens when people disobey
God? What is the wage of sin? Where you
as a little lost sheep till Jesus found you? Be thankful! What attributes of
God are given in the Psalm? Do you hear your Father’s instruction?
Do you know
Him as your Lord and Saviour? If not, let me guide you in the scriptures.
