July 19th Sunday We all get to go to church! We miss not being in Victory and in our 365 Class, but I know GOD will use Skipper to teach the Truth and prepare the class for the Worship hour.We went to church with Jay,Cathryn and the children at Mims Baptist. It was an energetic uplifting music/praise service preparing us to be prepared for the preaching. I was edified! We had a good lunch, a surprise birthday gift and a safe trip home. It was good to be in our place tonight. Hope you all had a great day and that you have expressed your appreciation to The LORD for His blessings. Plan to share your blessings with some one this week.

1st Chronicles 28:1-29:30 closes out the life and acts of King David and all of his preparation for his son Solomon. These verses demonstrate the principal of Adoption and allows us to see ourselves being treated as Solomon was treated. Please don't get over being A son of GOD.Say,if you are saved, prayerfully and with much joy,I will always be a son of GOD! Read and accept the charge given to Solomon(v7-10) as being applicable to yourself. You, if saved/born again, are a King's kid.Admire all the hard work that was accomplished in getting the items assembled, but focus on Him who made all this to happen.David reminded Solomon the 2nd time to be attentive to GOD.This is like reading David's last will and testimony similar to what we read after death and we read the will. Do you have your conversion experience written into your will?As I read this morning I saw the word "reign" several times and I thought about the word "rain", and then I sang that little chorus "showers of blessings". Who reigns over you and gives all the blessings?Look at verse 29:28 and do likewise. Are you prepared to die today? If not, why not?Look at Hebrews 9:27.

Romans 5:3-21 contains several "key" verses. How many verses do you consider as fact? What does 5:8 mean to you and how does it connect with John 3:36?These are verses influential in causing people to consider being saved. What does "atonement" in verse 11 mean to you? Count and note how many times the word "one" is used in these verses.Make sure you connect the "one" is also the "only" One that has not/never sinned and that Jesus Christ our Lord is the one and only "way" to be saved. If you have an opportunity to cause a lost person to read all of Romans chapter 5, as you pray they will surely be convinced of sin. Allow God's Holy Spirit to draw the sinner. This is black and white, night and day comparisons.Read to know HIM. Amen

Psalm 15:1-5 For old Infantry soldiers this is a plain as FM 22-5,Drill and Ceremonies. There will always be evidence, enough evidence to convince and convict. What are you guilty of today, obedience or disobedience?Did you pick up on the promises?Reconsider Psalm 1, where you walk, stand and sit, to put things in order.

Proverbs 19:18-19 Do right, do right, do right, do right till the stars fall was a saying of Dr, Bob Jones.Don't let a few tears deter you as a parent, if you love your child and you want to deliver him. This is not an approval for abuse!Model your discipline to your children as you have been lovingly corrected and or chastised by GOD, your Heavenly Father. What is your motive? Take time to pray. You represent GOD.pj
