Good afternoon to all of you this beautiful Monday, January 20, 2020.

Hopefully you are reading daily the Bible. This week, 13-19 January, reading Genesis 28:19-41:16, Matthew 9:18- 13:23, Psalms 11:1-17:15 and Proverbs 3:11-3.5.

Those of you who have made page hits from Argentina, Australia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bermuda, Brazil, Canada, China, Egypt, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, India, Israel, Latvia, Malaysia, Netherlands, Nigeria, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Romania, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Taiwan, Turks & Caicos Islands, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, unknown region, USA, Venezuela and Vietnam, Thanks.

The purpose of this blog effort is to challenge and encourage believers and unbelievers to read the King James Version of the Holy Bible to know God.
We want to present to you some of the highlights from the daily readings.

We do this by pointing out Truths and promises given by the most high God whose name is Jehovah to His chosen representatives, The Hebrews. These Old Testament scriptures hopefully cause the hearers to trust God and believe that there is hope for restoration.

The New Testament scriptures record the fulfilment of many of the Old Testament prophecies concerning the coming King of Kings and LORD of Lords. The Life of Jesus Christ I recorded in the four Gospels. Here is recorded the promise of salvation and resurrection for those who hear, believe, receive the gift of eternal life.

The way I read my Bible every day is by reading the One year Bible and you may use the Bible on our blog site. I read this Bible, formatted into 365 daily readings, so as to read daily the some Old Testament, New Testament , Psalms and Proverbs. I've sensed the connectivity of the scriptures being persuaded that these were penned by holy men as documented at 2nd Peter 1:16-21.

I recommend that as you read try to separate the circumstances from the Creator. As a you read about Isaac's family and the turmoil of the sons it may become difficult to maintain the impact of the Hand of God and the deceitfulness of the people. What is the difference between Beth-el and El Beth-el? The key to eternity is that of being changed by God as was Jacob at Peniel. We refer to this as being born again as was expressed by Jesus at John 3:16.

Jesus teaches his followers by parables. However he teaches his disciples the meaning of the parable so that they will be prepared to teach Truths to the multitudes. Chapter 13 is a great chapter to meditate on and striving to look for God and not the circumstances.

After reading the Psalms and Proverbs, take time to read again, and the practice praying back what you have read. Psalm 13 is a great prayer to practice. Consider that you are sincerely asking God, The LORD, to hear and bless you with His presence.

Proverbs chapter 3 is full of verses that when memorizes form  an arsenal of Truths that last forever.  Stop and meditate on verses 3:5-10. ACCEPT THE FACT THAT GOD, THE FATHER, WANTS TO TEACH YOU, HIS SON,  TO KNOW HIS WILL.
