12 June 2011 Lesson # 23

Lesson #23 VBC 365 Bible Class Main Bldg-BB Class 12 June 11

If you have missed class and are not up to date on your reading - COME ON. Please continue to pray for your "card partner" and the country and your missionary family. ___
** Take time to tell someone you are seeking a specific favor for them from GOD.
Is there one(1) thing / thought / idea or concept that impressed you this week? Can you say "this one thing I know” because you have read and discovered a truth this week?
Monday __Tuesday __Wednesday __Thursday __Friday __Saturday __Sunday__
As we read this week we will have had the opportunity to consider the following:
1st Kings 1:1-10:29 Will begin the journey from glory to captivity for the Jews. How does 2:1-9 affect your concept of God? What is significant about chap 3? What attributes of God did you note in chap 6? What did you find fascinating in chap 8? The key for prosperity for Solomon and the Jews is given at 9:4-5, how does this (promise or command) impact your life?
Acts 4:1-8:40 What are some of the benefits of being "filled with the Holy Ghost"? How does/should 5:29 and 41-42 impact your conversation? How is Stephen a role model for Saul and us? What did you see in chap 8 that is/was interesting to you? How do you see GOD working through His people?
Psalm 124:1-130:8 If we do not get our help from The Lord, where do we get it? ____ How do you apply Psm 126:6 in your life? ____ What do you enjoy about Psm 128:6? What attributes of GOD did you discover in the Psalms?
Proverbs 16:24-17:3 What have you committed to The LORD? How do you comply with v25 and 32? How do you pray back v27? Are these promises or commands? Specified or implied? (v17:3)What is the intent of The Commander?
Hopefully, the reading this week causes you to sense, feel, know and believe that you are in fact saved, safe and in the hand of God, The Lord Jesus Christ, and that you are accepted in the beloved, secure and significant to GOD. Consider others, check on those that were not in class last week, tell and show them you care for them.
PLEASE, let my questions encourage you. ((DIR & DIN)) Read to know Him.
Please accept my appreciation for your participation in our class. Congratulation for coming this far, don't quit because tomorrow may be The Day, Maranatha.
What is coach Mike's favorite saying? "If you quit now, you will always be _ _ _ _ _ _ _!
